要点
- 若你不是在做 agent 产品，每半年清空 CLAUDE.md、skills 和 hooks。
- 新模型往往已不需要旧版那些又长又硬的约束。
- Opus 5 尤其建议先裸跑，看默认行为再决定加什么。
- 为旧弱点写的脚手架会一直占上下文，即使模型早已会了。
- 删完对比输出，只把模型仍会违反的规则加回去。
