/context 看 token 去哪了；多数人还没打字就已经用掉一两成。
/compact 在一半用量时做，别等到 95%；换任务就 /clear。
/goal 先设完成条件；跑偏用 /rewind 或连按两次 Esc。
Shift+Tab 在默认、接受编辑、计划和自动模式间切换。
