- Bot 本质是带头像的 profile，在进阶面板钉模型、SOUL.md、技能和 MCP
- 常驻聊天里用 /compact 清上下文，不要用 /new 打断长期关系
- 例行任务挂在该 Bot 的 Routines 上，结果会回落到它自己的对话
- 群聊限 2 到 6 个 Bot、最多讨论三轮，用 @ 交接以免聊个没完
- 先只建研究、开发、评审三个角色，并且只开启该角色真正需要的工具
