- 不要用「通用助手」当职位，改成人才猎头、复现缺陷这类窄角色。
- 长期不变的写进 Description，每次不同的写进 Task，混在一起就会飘。
- 第一次发消息、花钱之前就设好审批门，不要等误发后再补。
- 先手跑通，再存成 skill，最后才变成例行任务，第一天不要自动化。
