- 跑完/setup-pstack后，让agent改用更省token的Grok 4.6或Auto
- 同一模型在Cursor里跟spec比Codex和Claude Code更稳，但额度更紧
- Grok和Composer几乎不限量，细spec长任务仍可能跟不住
- 把Grok当编排器，贵模型只留给必须跟住规格的步骤
