1. 建两个 Team Bot：发布经理 sandcastle 和工程师 poteto，拉进专门的 Slack 发版频道。
2. 发起 cut 时，发布机器人私信每位贡献者其 PR 链接，让他们回报阻塞或异议。
3. 它自动盯构建，再启动 10 多个 Grok 4.7 xhigh 代理组成的 fuzz 群，按验证 skill 和功能地图像真实用户一样点测，另有几个随机乱点。
4. 发现问题就 @ 工程师机器人，开 Cursor Project 负责分诊和修复高优先级问题。
5. 按严重程度决定 cherry-pick 进发布分支出补丁版，还是留到下个版本。
