要点
- 全局CLAUDE.md压在200行内，每两三个月推倒重写，过长会被忽略
- 新会话先跑/context和/usage，关掉不用的MCP、技能和插件
- 能用CLI就别用MCP：命令只回需要的行，MCP会整包塞进窗口
- 禁令写成权限设置，不要写进CLAUDE.md，长会话里句子会被丢掉
- 规划才用高effort；过检查点或上下文超40万就/clear
