要点

1. 先用 Descript 粗剪，再进 DaVinci 做调色、B-roll 和音频，不要让 Astra 从时间线零开始。
2. 专用 Codex Mac 同时装两款软件，才能让 Agent 串起整条剪辑。
3. 计划用定时任务每 30 分钟扫网盘新成片，发现新文件夹就开剪。
4. Descript 阶段用固定提示去废片和坏 take；DaVinci 阶段按逐字稿搜 B-roll。
5. 先让模型记住你的 B-roll、调色和音频偏好，再上过夜无人值守。
