要点
- 用 gh 扫描各仓库最近五十个拉取请求，统计某位评审反复指出的问题。
- 按出现频率排序并附上相关链接，先给你看，不要直接改文件。
- 只把你点头的条目写入全局规则文件，避免一次塞进全部意见。
- Codex 每次启动都会读这份规则，评审不用反复口头提醒同一件事。
