关历史从Low起步省额度

要点
- 别再指望靠重置续命，先把额度花在必要推理上。
- 关掉 Codex computer history、memories，以及用不到的插件和 skills。
- 默认用 Astra Low，不够再升档，避免一上来就高推理。
- 中途改 effort 不会打断 prompt cache，可以先低后高。
- 上下文越干净，缓存越稳，同样任务少打一轮无用工具。

REMINDER: We are no longer in the reset economy Turn off Codex computer history, Codex memories, un-needed plugins and skills. Start on Astra Low and increase effort as needed. Effort changes do not break the cache. I hope I am not missing anything.
