要点
- 五小时快到点时先设 /goal，代理可以把当前回合跑完
- 让它写自动化，额度恢复后把自己叫醒，可用 codexbar
- 过期后不要再改 goal 或插话，否则会暂停且只能干等到重置
- 拆活用子代理，不要用子线程
- 单回合可以很长；过期后自动唤醒目前还不能恢复 goal
